Onboard a whole roster in two steps
Instead of creating agents one at a time, you import the roster as a CSV: names, NPNs, contact details, and where each agent sits in your agency hierarchy. AgencyGrid creates the records and places each producer under their manager, the first step of downline management, in a single pass.
From there, onboarding is self-serve. Each agent receives a magic-link invitation, with no password to set and no credentials to reset later, and clicking it drops them straight into their own dashboard, already placed in the org and ready to see their production.

Match production to the right NPN
The National Producer Number is the one identifier that follows an agent across every carrier, which makes it the anchor for attribution. When a carrier statement loads, AgencyGrid matches each commission and policy row to an agent by NPN, so production credit, overrides, and reporting all attach to the right person automatically.
Because matching is keyed on the NPN rather than a name a carrier might spell three different ways, attribution holds up across carriers and over time as agents write with new companies.
Triage for rows that don’t match
Real carrier files are messy: a missing NPN, a typo, a producer who was appointed before their record existed in the agency. Rather than silently dropping those rows or guessing, AgencyGrid routes every unmatched row into a triage queue where an operator can resolve it.
From triage, you can map a row to the correct agent, create the missing producer, or hold it until the roster catches up. Once resolved, the fix applies so the same carrier row matches cleanly the next time it appears.
